VEHICLE INSPECTOR

Burmarrad Group is looking for a full time Vehicle Inspector. As a Vehicle Inspector, you will be carrying out accurate inspections on vehicles as per rental contract and company standards.

You will work with a team on-site to ensure targets are met, all vehicles requiring inspection that day are completed, and all inspection data is uploaded to the Company’s system.

Vehicle Inspector Responsibilities:

• Preparation of vehicles list booked for rental or replacement.
• Ensuring check sheets / Record 360 are filled in accurately. All vehicles are to be checked for damages, fuel, water, and oil levels.
• Inspecting vehicles, together with clients before the vehicle is taken and on return.
• Communicate with clients when there are any new damages caused to the vehicles, missing fuel, equipment etc.
• Communicating with fleet controller any repairs required of vehicles.
• Recording and keeping the company software system up to date.
• Parking vehicles into designated areas and according to their allocated parking location
• Actively participating in the continual improvement of working practices and quality procedures
• Undergoes any training required by the Company.
• Any other duties which may be assigned by management.

Vehicle Inspector Requirements and Skills

• Fluent in Maltese and English languages
• Experience in similar roles will be considered as an asset.
• Customer Oriented
• Computer Literate
• Team player
• Be Highly organised
• Posses a valid driving license
