We are looking for a highly dependable Receptionist to join our team, providing a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients visiting the service department.

The Receptionist will provide the initial point of contact, the successful candidate will manage service appointments, address client inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers who visit or contact the aftersales department.
  • Respond to inquiries related to products or services after the sale.
  • Schedule appointments for customers who need aftersales support or service.
  • Refer to / coordinate with service agents or relevant staff to ensure timely assistance.
  • Serve as a communication link between customers and the aftersales team.
  • Relay important information to customers regarding the status of their service requests or repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and appointments.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the aftersales team to find solutions to customer problems.
  • Have a good understanding of the services offered by the company.
  • Provide basic information to customers and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Represent the company positively and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Use relevant software and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written both in Maltese and English Languages.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
