PRE-SPRAY PREPARATOR

Are you a skilled Preparator with a passion for cars? We are looking for someone like you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect Vehicles: Check repaired cars to ensure all bodywork is done properly.
• Clean and Finish Repairs: Clean bodywork and decide what needs to be done to finish it.
• Masking for Painting: Cover parts that won’t be painted to protect them.
• Prepare Surfaces: Smooth and sand surfaces, remove old paint and make rough areas smooth.
• Apply Masking Tape: Protect unpainted areas with tape and paper, then remove it after painting.
• Use Tools: Work with hand and power tools for precise preparation.
• Get Vehicles Ready for Painting: Sand, mask, and prime cars for the best paint job.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working as a Preparator.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• An awareness of safety procedures.
