NIGHT CO-ORDINATOR

We’re looking for a dedicated Night Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running of our overnight operations. In this role, you’ll be based off-site and manage a team, ensure top-quality service, and handle challenges with confidence—all while keeping customer satisfaction a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to all inbound inquiries and roadside assistance service requests.
• Efficiently dispatch roadside assistance personnel to aid customers in need.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service requests through various platforms, including email and other communication channels.
• Perform accurate data input and updates.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Work remotely using equipment provided by the Company.
• Maintain and update worksheets and records as necessary.
• Internal communication within the company’s departments to update them on all
  services carried out while on duty.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be able to work full-time, evening shifts and weekends.
• Experience in a similar position considered an asset.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
