MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing financial reports, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring the smooth operation of the group’s financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of management accounts and other financial reports, including presenting findings to the Board of Directors
• Review, interpretation, and analysis of complex financial data
• Understanding and evaluating internal processes and procedures to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Liaison with external auditors
• Assisting in the supervision and monitoring of the finance team
• Preparation and presentation of the group’s management accounts, or assigned sections thereof
• Preparation and submission of the group’s VAT returns, or assigned sections thereof
• Preparation and review of sub‑reporting
• Preparation and analysis of monthly departmental contribution reports for the group
• Conducting cost analysis and cost control activities
• Assisting with ongoing KYC requirements and bank documentation
• Completion and submission of NSO questionnaires
• Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Partly qualified ACCA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise with external stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
