We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing financial reports, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring the smooth operation of the group’s financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of management accounts and other financial reports, including presenting findings to the Board of Directors
- Review, interpretation, and analysis of complex financial data
- Understanding and evaluating internal processes and procedures to identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Liaison with external auditors
- Assisting in the supervision and monitoring of the finance team
- Preparation and presentation of the group’s management accounts, or assigned sections thereof
- Preparation and submission of the group’s VAT returns, or assigned sections thereof
- Preparation and review of sub‑reporting
- Preparation and analysis of monthly departmental contribution reports for the group
- Conducting cost analysis and cost control activities
- Assisting with ongoing KYC requirements and bank documentation
- Completion and submission of NSO questionnaires
- Any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Partly qualified ACCA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise with external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
