Burmarrad Group & Hospice Malta

Burmarrad Group has selected Hospice Malta as its charity partner for 2025. The decision reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility in Malta, and its belief in contributing meaningfully to the community.

Throughout the year, Burmarrad Group’s employees will contribute a monthly portion of their salary to Hospice Malta. The company will then substantially top up these donations. Additionally, the BG CSR Committee will organise internal events and initiatives to raise further funds and awareness for the palliative care organisation.

“At Burmarrad Group, giving is a shared commitment and core value,” said said company director, Mario Gauci Jnr. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to support a cause that offers care and comfort in some of life’s most difficult moments.”

Alexia Demicoli, Chief Information Office from Hospice Malta added, “Support like this helps us continue providing our services freely to patients and families. We deeply appreciate BG’s decision to walk alongside us this year.”

Both organisations believe that such partnerships affirm that the workplace can also be a positive paradigm where generosity meets a meaningful cause, and together, they offer support and dignity to those who need it most.
