SPRAY DEPARTMENT CLERK

Burmarrad Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Department Clerk who will be playing a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning to use Auto data to send surveys to insurance appointments
• Send quotes to the clients
• Book cars for damages/insurance
• Coordinate rental cars with the department for clients
• Open job cards for work in the department
• Assisting in planning all jobs in the department
• Assisting the Manager with any duties which may be required

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Is a must
• Fluent in English (Strong in both verbal and written communication skills)
• Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset
• Must be willing and motivated to learn about new products and services
• Highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and tidy appearance with a positive and outgoing attitude
• A proven track record in the automotive industry or vehicle sales will be considered an asset
