CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

As the designated Customer Relationship Executive, you will assume a pivotal role encompassing a range of administrative responsibilities. Within our vibrant after-sales team, you hold an essential and esteemed position that presents an exceptional chance to delve into a multifaceted spectrum of activities across both the department and the broader organizational framework. This entails not only the seamless coordination with fellow team members but also collaborative efforts with various departments, culminating in the cultivation of impactful relationships with our valued clients. Your role is at the crossroads of fostering internal cohesion and nurturing external partnerships, contributing indispensably to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all clients’ correspondence through various channels
• Key clients’ fleet maintenance
• Data reporting
• Membership enrollments
• Inputting and uploading of data files
• Direct debit mandates the preparation and processing of files
• Issuing of sales docs (c/sales, cr/notes, invoices)
• Call handling
• Processing of renewal reminders and submission
• Upkeep of office supplies
• Other general office duties
• Attending to queries and service complaints
• Motivate and assist other team members

Requirements:

• Fluent in Maltese and English
• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer care and supervisory work
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute process activities for addressing consumer complaints and escalations
• A dynamic team player with strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
• Diligent and trustworthy with strong initiative and enthusiasm
