What are the day-to-day responsibilities of a Rental Sales Agent?

• Prepare rental agreements while advising client on offers according to their needs.
• Ensure the optimal rental experience for every customer.
• Meet all sales and service standards.
• Respond to any customer inquiries/complaints.
• Complete administrative tasks required within the department.
• Communicate in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ask about customer experience with Burmarrad Group; record feedback to improve the future rental experience.
• Check incoming vehicles and direct customers to their cars for completion of the rental.
• Perform other job duties in the service centre and other departments as assigned to meet business needs.
• Undertake training as required provided by the company.

What we’re looking for:

• Must be computer literate and able to prepare rental agreements and correspond via e-mail.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English languages to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
• Capable of working under minimum supervision.
• Demonstrates an aptitude for sales, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and enhance customer satisfaction.
