ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Burmarrad Group is looking for an Administration Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Rental Inquiries – Online, calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Rental Quotes – To send rental quotes via email and over the phone.
• Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders, and addressing complaints.
• Sending rental bookings.
• Invoices for Damages – Rentals and Leasing.
• Invoices for Daily Rentals – Scanning them and sending them to clients.
• Doing insurance for clients traveling to Sicily and invoices accordingly.
• Inputting fuel chits accordingly.
• Preparation of necessary paperwork for both clients and drivers.
• Bookings and delivery of vehicles for customers who rent or repair their vehicles.
• Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records.
• Undertake training as required provided by the company.
• Adhere to the Company’s quality procedures and policies including Health and Safety.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Manager or any of the Directors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Is a must.
• Fluent in English (Strong in both verbal and written communication skills).
• Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
• Must be willing and motivated to learn about new products and services.
• Highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and tidy appearance with a positive and outgoing attitude.
• A proven track record in the automotive industry or vehicle sales will be considered an asset.
